Cancellation Policy

  The guest may cancel their reservation free of charge up to [X days] before the arrival date.
• Late cancellations

  In the event of cancellation by the hostel, alternative accommodation or a full refund will be offered.

  Cancellations must be managed according to the conditions of the website or agency where the reservation was made.
