Former site of the Town Hall and the bullring, as proved by its numbered windows, the Plaza de la Constitución, is the heart of the old quarter, home to the great festivities and celebrations in San Sebastian, such as the raising of the flag on January the 20th in the “Tamborrada”, the big day of the city, the “Euskal Jaiak” festivities in September or the “Santo Tomás” celebration, on December the 21st.
